Our goal is to make the transition a seamless one that does not negatively affect the tenants in place. With our transition plan, we will contact your existing property management company with your approval and compile all necessary records for the operation of the property.
The process generally takes 30 days to complete, and we recommend a small overlap with the previous property management company to ensure the transition is complete.
During this time, we will contact service providers, tenants, municipal agencies, and all companies who are contracted to complete work on the building.
Also, this is when we will begin developing the operational improvement plan for the property.
