I had worked with Halakar in the past but the first major assignment was putting them in charge of leasing a 518,000 SF vacant industrial building.  The fear obviously was wondering if I made the right decision in putting them in charge of such a major project.  Matt Kiger and team from the beginning focused a lot of time and attention to the property and leasing efforts.  Within the first full year on the assignment, they landed a 250,000 SF tenant in addition to several other smaller tenants along the way.  With some tenant expansion currently in the works, the facility is quickly approaching 100% occupancy.  With Matt Kiger and Halakar, the effort to complete the project and fill the building never wanes.  This is all that you can ask for.  Halakar will get the job done and you will enjoy working with them along the way.
